The castle setting and the hosts’ friendliness were great. The walls are very thin and the soundproofing isn’t great – sound passes through the door a lot.

The overnight stay was “extraordinary” because the castle and its surrounding park are something special. Sitting on the lawn in front of the manor with a glass of wine feels like a Louis‑XIV experience. The hosts were very nice, the rooms were stylish (no TV 👍), the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, everything was very clean. No luxury, just simple but good.

The owners were welcoming, charming, and always available, and the park was beautiful! The peace and nature made for pure joy.
