The staff were very friendly, and the location is great. The only issue was that I couldn’t open the window to ventilate the room because a very unpleasant smell was coming from outside.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, and it’s great that the hotel focuses on being environmentally friendly. The location is excellent, but it did take a while for the hot water to start running.

The location is close to the city centre and the harbour, and it’s a quiet spot. The shower hose was leaking, the shower switch didn’t work well, and the drain in the shower was worse.

The location is strategically positioned.

The hotel sits in a quiet street in the center of Naples, with a room that’s the right size and recently renovated. The room was clean, and while the breakfast could be better, it’s acceptable given the hotel’s category and price. The staff are kind and helpful, and the partner parking is just a short walk away. However, the room lacks a proper window; the one that exists is small and only 3 metres high. The air‑conditioner, though seemingly new, is very noisy—so much so that you have to turn it off to sleep. The shared wall with the adjacent room’s bathroom isn’t acoustically insulated.
