A total mess! Instead of the room I booked, they gave me a different one that was covered in mold, rust, and heavy humidity, all because they said it was "rain." The place looked nothing like the pictures, and the air was so unhealthy that I couldn't even breathe, so I left right away. The manager promised a free cancellation in person and told me to submit a request through the system, but as soon as I left he blocked my phone numbers. When I call the front desk, they keep lying that he's "busy." They put my health at risk and are now stalling the refund. Stay away!

I have nothing to praise. If we had been given the room we booked, things might have been less bad. We booked an upgraded three‑bedroom room through Booking, but were given a standard double. The room was very dark, and the TV, fridge, and AC were not working. The Wi‑Fi was very weak.

The location is very good, with everything nearby. The metro and cable car are 5 minutes away. When we arrived, we were told that the building had no electricity and the owner took us to another house around the corner. The apartments were very old, dirty, and poorly cleaned. The bar on the ground floor played loud music after midnight, and there was cigarette and kitchen smell throughout the building. We found a cock under the bed.
