The place met my expectations, the staff were helpful, and the area was quiet.

The hammock was nice, the warm shower was great, and we didn’t use the air‑conditioning or the fridge. The location was fine, just out of the bustle. The bed was small and there were flies, mosquitoes and other fluttering insects, which was a bit unpleasant. I had read about amazing staff in other reviews, but over the five nights we stayed we hardly saw them. Breakfast wasn’t served because it was low season.

There was no breakfast support, but the kitchen has enough supplies for guests to make their own coffee. I have back problems, so the bed was uncomfortable. A small wardrobe or rack would be useful for clothes.

The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable, and the location was spot on – everything else was just perfect.

The value for money and the location were great, but the shower door didn’t seal well and the bathroom got wet; the outside lighting made it hard to keep the room dark.
