The location is excellent, easily reachable from everywhere. The area is safe and quieter than Rome. Everything feels worn out and could use a renovation. The beds are comfortable, but the room’s equipment is weak. If you’re only using it for sleeping, it’s fine.

The only good thing about this place is its location, being very close to the metro and about 15‑20 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Square. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The room for 5 people had serious faults: the air conditioning didn’t work, the shower leaked, and the bunk bed was loose from the wall with no support, which is dangerous. Moreover, the supply management was terrible; on the first day we ran out of toilet paper, and after complaining, the next day they only left one roll for 5 people for two days of stay, obviously not enough. The most serious issue was the total lack of security: you can’t leave money in the room because it was stolen. I reported the missing money directly to the only woman we saw at the property, but she completely ignored the situation and disappeared. Finally, I advise against booking breakfast. They send you to a nearby café where you get a coffee and a pasta (which are very good), but it’s much cheaper if you pay yourself directly at the shop. It’s not worth it at all.

The hotel is close to Piazza San Pietro and well connected, with a nearby metro. However, the place was extremely dirty and maintenance was zero. The phone was broken, the sockets didn’t work, and the bed was broken.

I arrived on Friday afternoon and left a backpack with €70 cash inside my room. When I returned on Saturday night, the money was gone. I checked the room carefully, but there was no trace of the cash. I’m not accusing anyone or making assumptions about who might have taken it. It’s a very unpleasant situation, especially since you expect to leave your personal belongings in the room without them disappearing. Consequently, my overall experience was decidedly negative, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
