I appreciated the presence of a safety bar in the shower, which is essential for older guests, and the staff’s kindness in providing mobility assistance when I checked out. However, the building does not have an elevator.

The hotel offered a transfer service that picked us up in the city and dropped us off at the train station after our stay. The staff’s friendliness and kindness were truly top‑class compared to other Peruvian hotels we’ve stayed at (which are still very nice). We warmly thank everyone who welcomed us exceptionally and was available at all times. The restaurant is a real bonus for meals; the food is decent and the prices very affordable. The rooms are decent, clean, and sufficient for a few nights.
