They cancelled my room right when I arrived, even though my reservation was confirmed, and I was left without a place to sleep, having to scramble for a solution because they offered no alternative or accommodation elsewhere, just telling me to find a new spot myself because they had no vacancy. The place didn’t seem fully prepared and was not very clean. The staff member who attended me just made a call to the person who assigned rooms, but gave me no solution.

A charming place with an excellent view and amazing hosts. They served us a delicious dinner, gave us breakfast, and helped arrange a safari at a reasonable price. The only small downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.
