“No es buena opción”
The facilities are very old, the shower is unusable with cold water, the manager’s service is terrible, and there’s a lot of confusion about reservations; they don’t honor the bookings made.
Everything was great: the place is comfortable and well‑located, I recommend it, the front‑desk lady was genuinely lovely, we didn’t have a TV but that was fine, and we adored the little dog.

Nothing positive! The room smelled bad, the bathroom had spiders, there was no hot water, and the room was a 4 × 4 space.

It’s super central and a quiet place. It just needs a bit more bathroom cleaning.
Spotlessly clean. Close to restaurants, the plaza, shops, and the pyramids. Big‑screen TV. The host Sergio was very helpful, and Boris, the gentle‑giant watchdog, was a delight.
