Very pleasant stay, great location, staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The fridge was noisy, and in my case the bidet had a stuck plug that caused some trouble.

Good hotel, everything was excellent, and we’ll gladly come back. Nothing to mention.

My glasses were stolen from our room during the stay. Housekeeping entered daily, and the hotel’s response after we reported it was very disappointing. The glasses were valuable, and we expected a serious investigation. The disappearance of a personal item from the room seriously eroded our trust in the hotel’s security. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Breakfast was very good, and we also had dinner, which was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, and the bathroom was cramped with no space to put our toiletries. Walking to the city center took 45 minutes, which was too far for us.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, the hotel sits right on the beach and the metro station is close by.
