The rooms are exceptional and the spot is great, yet a few small details—like checking the TV and other room amenities before guests check in—could be improved.
I found bed bugs; they all woke up at night and caused itching, so I had to sleep in the car for half an hour before they moved me to a new room that was bug‑free. It was a new hotel, so the shock of bed bugs was unexpected.
