The hotel and its rooms were stunning, with a charming design that felt both lovely and clean. Checking in was a breeze even though I arrived late, thanks to the owners’ sweetness and flexibility over the phone, and checking out was just as effortless, especially when I was in a hurry. The place was mostly quiet, except for the occasional passing train, and the air conditioner operated quietly. They provided cutlery, which was a nice touch, and the parking was ideal for travelers on the move. Extra blankets and pillows were also supplied, and breakfast was offered. I was unsure whether a nearby septic tank was venting, possibly from an adjacent property, because I had to close the bathroom door due to a strong odor that lingered only inside the room. The air conditioning was set to 26 °C heating but didn’t blow much warm air, so I felt fairly cold all night despite the extra blankets—though I’m naturally a cold person, so it might not bother most guests. The front door of room 12 could use some trimming; it stuck each time and I was embarrassed by the noise of slamming it shut 😅.
