The hotel is pleasant, clean and the staff are attentive, which made our visit enjoyable. However, the entrance has a long set of steps that are hard to manage for seniors—being 91, I found it difficult to get up and down.

Pepe was friendly and the breakfast was decent, though not spectacular. The building feels dated: the bathroom door handle is flimsy, the TV sits low so you have to stand up to switch it on or off, and the room offers little comfort with only a tiny soap bar.

The location is right in the city centre, the breakfast was solid and they provided tea and coffee on request, plus the host made us feel welcome. A few spots could use some maintenance, but overall it was a good stay.
