“Highly recommended: beautiful stay, stylish interior, and great vibe!”

I was greeted with a warm welcome and the hosts walked me through every detail of the place. The apartment matched the photos exactly—stylish, clean, quiet, and super cozy. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfy bed and crisp white linens, and every small touch seemed designed for guests. I appreciated the tea, coffee, and bottled water waiting at check‑in after my long trip. The host was incredibly helpful and assisted me with many things. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, full of cafés and a grocery store within walking distance, and a nearby bus stop makes it easy to reach the city center and main sights. Punta Negra, my favorite beach, is just a 7‑minute walk away. Thanks for the hospitality—highly recommended!

The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the location is great, close to the bus stop that serves all the lovely beaches. What we liked most was Mrs. Piera’s attitude toward her guests; she was very kind and charming. Thanks for everything, we will come again 10/10.

The owner’s welcome and availability were excellent, always ready to give useful advice and suggestions on places to visit. The room is tastefully furnished and includes a small shared patio with another room. The bed is very comfortable, and the overall environment is pleasant and well‑kept. Parking is easy, just outside the house. A small suggestion: it would be convenient to have a few extra coffee pods available so we wouldn’t have to ask the owner each time. A small freezer would also be useful; in any case, the owner was very kind in providing her own when we needed it.

The owner was very friendly, the location was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable, ideal for those who prefer firm mattresses. There were plenty of towels, and the toilet was convenient to use. B
