“Oké, szokás szerint olcsó, egyéjszakás helyet kerestem, annak összes vonzatával, és azt is kaptam.”
The area is completely fine, obviously a former peasant farm, and the picturesque, well‑maintained landscape. What I really didn’t like was that it isn’t ideal for walkers because there’s no public transport nearby; they either have to walk out from Szepesváralja or from Nemessány. Moreover, from Szepesváralja the tourist information is quite sparse, and from Nemessány you can only walk along the main road, with Slovak driving culture not really considering pedestrians. Looking at Slovak bus schedules, I saw that there might have once been a stop on the connecting road to Sivá Bradá at the junction with the 18th national road, but that no longer exists today.
