The hotel was fantastic—everything was spot on. The room was comfortable, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated with meticulous detail. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. We were greeted warmly, the pool area and sauna were excellent, everything spotless, and little touches like nuts and chocolate were placed around. Our dog was very welcome; we got treats at reception and a blanket and bowl in the room. All staff we met were friendly and hospitable. The lift is right next to the super, and we could reach the surroundings quickly by car or even walk into town. We also used the Lungau‑Card to save a bit.

There was incredible attention to detail, right next to the cable car, excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, a fantastic wellness area, and all staff were very warm—definitely coming back.

Everything was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The accommodation is gorgeous, lovingly crafted, exceptionally clean, and every detail considered. The staff stood out: their warmth and genuine hospitality are rare; everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The dreamy location, special atmosphere, and that warmth made our stay unforgettable. We’ve visited many beautiful spots, but none have thrilled us like this. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like—just that the time flew by and we had to leave.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You can cook or have a very good breakfast and additional dining options at the restaurant attached to the hotel. One of the highlights was the local attraction card provided by the hotel. It was very useful and gave free entry to many local attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely hotel and a great experience. We would definitely recommend it!. Just a minor point: I wish the pool stayed open a little longer in the evenings
