This summer we went to Yerevan and stayed at the Li Yes guest house. Before check‑in we ran into a few problems. First, a day before departure we were told that the room we were supposed to stay in suddenly needed urgent repairs, so we couldn’t be accommodated there. We didn’t worry because we trusted the host. After praying to the Almighty, we were informed half an hour later that another room would be provided, for which we are grateful. Second, our flight was delayed by two hours, but that was fine. Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted with blessings! The transfer service offered by Li Yes did not leave and waited for us. About a week later, our friend was supposed to arrive at the house we were staying in, but her flight was moved three days earlier. The host again found a solution and gave her a room. This is just a small part of their care for us. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary dishes and appliances. There is a room where you can iron and wash clothes. Regarding the conditions of the room we stayed in – they were quite decent (except that there was no shower pressure throughout all days, and there were no air conditioners, only convection coolers that didn’t manage to keep the air cool!).

The host upgraded us to a better room because ours was being renovated, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and featured a shared garden and a shared kitchen. However, the shower water was weak and often very cold, and the host seemed a bit distant, not replying to some messages we needed answers for.

“An excellent experience. I would like to come here again.”

A lovely, cozy little hotel with an inner courtyard. Spotlessly clean, both inside and out. New furniture, bed linen, towels in my room. A well-kept garden with trees and flowers. I enjoy walking and didn't use public transport; the city center is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. My thanks to the hostess and the staff for their hospitality. I can't find anything to complain about :)
