The room had air conditioning. It needs a significant amount of maintenance.

“Bueno pero de paso... buena ubicación, habitaciones espaciosas, baño necesita mejoras...”

The coffee tasted good, it’s close to the entrance which helps keep things calm, check‑in was comfortable and quick, the rooms are spacious and quiet, the air conditioning works well, the fan isn’t great but that’s fine if the AC is good, I liked the separate desks for work, although the bathroom could use improvement. The hotel has a lot of potential… the price isn’t bad and matches what it offers. The pool was not in good condition, so the plan for the child to swim fell through; we know there’s no kitchen yet but it would have been nice, though it seems they’re working on it. Some things need tightening up: the bathroom and mini‑fridge, the trees in the main parking lane stain the cars, so next time I’ll park on the other side.

The room was fine, but the pool was not.

The location is great, the sheets were clean and it was very quiet overall. The place has potential but many details need improvement. At arrival a guy handed us the key and didn’t explain where our room was; then, upon entering, we found a cockroach, no hot water, a very dirty mirror, a lot of cobwebs, damp on the ceiling, no internet, and the pool water was murky. The morning staff were not helpful.
