I chose everything myself and my husband was very pleased; I would recommend it to friends and others. We loved it and the young ladies who served us were very friendly, spoke Spanish, and gave us excellent service.

The fridge was big and the AC was quiet; there’s a small stove that lets you heat food, which is handy for long stays. The shower had slow water flow, and the AC from the room above dripped onto the aluminum, making noise. We had to go outside to try to stop the sound, but we couldn’t sleep 😅 The staff seemed clueless about fixing it 😂

“Un bajón para mis vacaciones”

We got a room that was fine, but when we entered we saw a giant cockroach in the middle of the wall and ants in the bed—very gross. We spoke to staff and they moved us to another room, but that one smelled strongly of marijuana and the bathroom was somewhat dirty. The next morning, after another mix‑up by staff, we had to change rooms again; that room was more normal but still had ants. When we asked the staff what was happening, they said they had fumigated, but I found that completely untrue. The bugs, some poor cleaning, and the giant cockroach in the wall were the main problems.

“Cheap and Clean”

Cleanliness was good and the staff were very nice. It was incredibly noisy. The people above me were up all night (I was in 308, so I assume they were in 408). They walked like mastodons, dragged furniture across the floor, and woke me up several times. They dropped things on the floor. I think the hotel is all wood, not concrete. I could hear people talking most of the night. I doubt I’ll stay there again unless it’s the top floor.
