The hotel's location was ideal for our coastal drive to Salalah, and it was situated just outside the town of Al Ashkara.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room when the hotel wasn't fully booked.
The pool area was nice, and the staff were friendly.
The hotel was comfortable, but unfortunately, everything else was a letdown.

Thank you very much to the Egyptian staff member, I don’t know his name, sorry, I requested a room and a lounge on the ground floor and they didn’t fall short, and I asked the other staff member, Zaid, to extend our checkout time without extra cost, they welcomed us with a big heart and a friendly face, an example of respectful employees and good treatment. As for the apartment, it was very clean with all its facilities, there is a free public pool nearby within walking distance from the seasonal events in the park, when the cold autumn wind comes and it’s close to the beach, enjoying the cool air, I’ll always come back, a place that should not be missed because of its geographic location. No negatives.

The staff were very helpful and the buffet was excellent, the facilities were nice. The bathroom cleanliness needs more attention, cleaning supplies and soap were missing, and there was no electric stove available.

The overall cleanliness and the public and health facilities were good. However, the gym wasn’t well maintained, the sports equipment was stale, indicating a lack of care for the gym. The Wi‑Fi speed was average but often slow, and the children in the dining area were disturbing, and the parents didn’t advise or inform them after the disturbance.
