The guest had a disappointing experience with the hotel's staff, who were not very knowledgeable about English and seemed overly strict. However, there was also a mistake with their bill, and they were woken up at an unreasonably early hour. Despite these issues, the staff's forgetfulness was the most frustrating part of their stay.
