I was really disappointed with the service at this place. I tried to cancel my booking, explained my situation in detail, but all I got was a generic "✅" response. They didn't even bother to help me or give me a straight answer. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place based on the customer service alone.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was our stay at this hotel. On the one hand, everything seemed to be working as it should - the air conditioning was cool, the TV was on, and the shower had hot water. But, on the other hand, there were some pretty major issues that made it hard to relax. Like the used washcloth that had been hanging from the shower for who knows how long, or the trash on the floor by the bed that seemed to have been there since the previous guests.
