The staff were super nice and helped us switch rooms when we weren’t happy with the first one. The location is perfect and parking isn’t too far. The photos make it look much newer, but the building is old and hasn’t been well maintained; the walls hadn’t been painted in ten years, the window had a yellow glass sheet and faced an internal wall, making it very dark.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and the staff were kind. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The spot in the old town was spot on, and the pre‑check‑in instructions for the Letoh hotel were clear; the staff member walked us in and even helped with our luggage, very friendly. The bed was worth mentioning – it was super comfortable. We weren’t on the street side, so no street noise bothered us. It would have been nicer to have a coffee machine and kettle in the room, but downstairs there was a relaxed area where we could get them.

The location and the room comfort were great, but there was no reception in the building, only in another one on a nearby street, and the minimum setup for a hot drink in the hotel lobby felt a bit cold.
