The front‑desk staff were particularly responsive to all our requests. The room was comfortable and the breakfast plentiful. Finally, the hotel is located right next to museums and major sites in Brussels.

The corridors are very narrow, there’s no restaurant exit for people with disabilities, and the elevator is tiny, narrow, and old.

The only thing I liked was that it was half a block from the metro station. The room facilities were old, poorly maintained, the bed was subpar, and the building was under renovation. I was assigned a room next to one being repaired; when I arrived on a Saturday the workers were still on site until 5 pm, making it impossible to rest, and I didn’t feel safe staying alone. When I asked for a room change they refused. I do not recommend this hotel.

Antoine at the front desk was very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always willing to assist us with anything we needed. One thing we did not appreciate was that, although check-out was at noon, the housekeeping staff started asking us to vacate the room from around 11:00 a.m. This made us feel a bit rushed during our last hour at the hotel
