Located in Umhlange Rocks, The Hamptons Guest House offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor pool, and complimentary WiFi. Free private parking is available on site, and the UMHLANGA Tourism Information Centre is 400 metres away. Spacious rooms feature flat-screen satellite TVs, private bathrooms, and some include seating areas and sea views from terraces or balconies.

Everything on the property was tops. There were mosquitoes around at the time we visited. There was a plug in mosquito repellent provided by the establishment but not effective. They should consider changing to a different one or brand

Well maintained and kept clean and comfortable. The area didn’t have water for 24HRS across two days. But the hosts have ensured that there’s water available in big bottles

I liked the cute ginger kitty and the comfortable room, but the ocean views were blocked after the Lighthouse Group’s relocation in March 2025; the owners, a lovely couple involved in real estate, seemed more focused on their own lives than on the guest house, so a live‑in staff would have made it more lively.
