It was close to the border and the room was clean. The sheets were not cotton but polyester, and there was no air conditioning.

Nice staff, but the bathroom was dirty and the room felt damp with a tiny window; the air conditioning worked only in the hallway, so you had to keep the door open to get fresh air.
