There is no positive. The room was different from the picture and from what was booked; we were given two double‑bed rooms, but our reservation was for a double room and a family room with a double and a single bed. The place was infested with insects, far from any public surveillance, and had no open restaurant for lunch or dinner. The room entrance had a low threshold, no warning signs, and the floor at the entrance was slippery, causing one family member to slip and make a fuss. It was far from nearby restaurants, and the island name “Nami” was mentioned.

Very spacious. The breakfast is reasonably priced.

The service was good and the room, with its pores, was really nice. The balcony views are stunning. I would highly recommend the hotel.
