Old style room near Singleton Hospital sleeps three

There were dirty nappies outside, bags of rubbish everywhere, water stains in the walls and ceilings, nothing was clean, mould everywhere, and a carton of expired milk from August 2025 in the fridge.

“Shit”

Parking was the only decent thing. Everything else was terrible: the room wasn’t ready until 6 pm, there was no TV, the bed wasn’t made, a cleaner knocked on the door at half‑past‑seven to put bedding on, I woke up this morning with a leak from the room, water was pissing out, and I definitely would not recommend it.

“Drastic”

It’s not as advertised, it smells, and I think it should be reported to authorities. There was a lot of rubbish outside and in the hall.

Worst property and worst service by far. It was really bad, not cleaned, and nothing looked like the pictures. Apart from that, they didn’t help at all, and there was no point of contact.

I didn’t like the property at all. Getting in took ages because the key safe wasn’t working properly. The room was very musty and basic. There were two teabags and two cups for tea making left on a table, but no kettle. I had to go into a dirty, tiny kitchen to boil a kettle and make tea. No staff were seen at all. I sat on the sofa and fell straight off it onto the floor because it was so low and saggy. For the sake of saving £10 I wish I had gone to the Ibis instead. I definitely will not return.
