“Good”
It was provided. It could have been tastier.
“Terrible”
I’ve stayed here before, the location was good and the staff at check‑in were friendly. This time, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest: a used wash cloth hung on the shower curtain, hairs in the tub and shower, grass clippings everywhere on the floor, and a used ear plug near the bed. I normally don’t raise minor issues, but this stay was unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was “I’m sorry and I’ll talk to them.” We won’t return; the hotel has lost our business.
The room was spacious with comfy beds and the breakfast was plentiful.
“Great stay!”
This was our favorite stop on our trip! Everything was awesome!
The place was spotless and the beds were super comfy, nothing to complain about.
