This place is truly special. With only 9 rooms, the décor blended with the 16th‑century structure was a treat! The service, staff, room snacks, and the amazing sheets, towels, and robes were all included. First‑class without being snobby or dull.

The staff were very engaging and helpful, with well‑developed interpersonal skills. My room was spacious, comfortable, had great air‑con, and a superb bed. The only downside was the lack of functional space, like limited tabletop areas for storage or preparing drinks.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were excellent. The central location made exploring Orvieto perfect, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

The spot was spot-on, the rooms were roomy with comfortable beds, the staff were fantastic and handled my wife's gluten intolerance well. On the downside, there was no spa or pool, the restaurant was booked solid, and the suggested activities cost a steep €180 for yoga.
