I arrived at the hotel late at night and left early the next morning, so I couldn’t use the facilities or the water park. The room was perfect and breakfast was very good. The price was high and parking was charged.

I liked the room and the hotel amenities. The hotel was crowded, so on our second‑to‑last day we were told there were no more towels. Breakfast had limited variety, dinner was very expensive for the taste and the few options. On the first day there was a presentation near reception with very loud music. Considering the cost, including paid parking, the value for money was not good.

“Péssima experiência”

Staff at reception and the park were poorly trained, unable to give basic instructions or information. They tried to stop me from entering the park without taking a ticket, even though guests have free access during operating hours, with a dedicated line to avoid the general queue, and although guests can enter an hour before the public, half the attractions don’t open before 10, like the slides. They charge 30 reais for parking, but leave about 8 spots for maybe 20‑30 rooms, so you end up parking on grass. They charge 30 reais to borrow cutlery. During my stay the hotel had a whole night without hot water because of a gas distribution fault, only fixed almost 11 h the next day. The pools are extremely dirty, no daily adequate cleaning, and rooms aren’t cleaned properly, paper towels aren’t replaced. Room service is decent, but you have to go down to order at the restaurant; there’s a phone in the room but no one answers because nobody is at the desk to take the order (plus my table had raw chicken and the ribs were overcooked).

“Limpeza”

Good beds and decent dinner. General cleanliness was lacking; the pool was very dirty; the surrounding internal roads were dirty and poorly maintained. The location and access were bad.

“Valeu a pena, muito bom para crianças!”

A piscina é bem boa, oferecem toalhas na recepção, tem um bar que atende direitinho e fica aberta até o início da noite. Também teve programação noturna, com música ao vivo e recreação para as crianças. O parque aquático é bem legal, estava bem cheio no sábado, mas deu para aproveitar bastante. Várias horas depois descobrimos que tinha uma área reservada para hóspedes, bem mais confortável. Na noite em que chegamos estava começando um evento particular na varanda da piscina. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, estava pura fumaça (era um churrasco) e a música muito alta, não tinha condições de ficarmos lá, ainda mais com 2 crianças. Mas solicitamos a troca do quarto na recepção e fomos prontamente atendidos, então é um ponto negativo meio que positivo. O jantar no locar que achei muito caro para o que oferece, mas tem sempre a opção de pedir entrega de fora, então tudo ok. Por fim, acho que no hotel poderiam ter no orientado melhor sobre o parque aquático, especialmente sobre a área reservada para hóspedes, que só descobrimos muitas horas depois
