“Ca vaut le prix pas plus”

The staff are attentive, listening and trying to solve problems. However, you often have to wait a long time for hot water or it’s just lukewarm, the room is small for one person but could fit two, and it’s poorly insulated against noise and temperature. The breakfast restaurant is fine, but on the last night after eating a meat dish with a strange taste, I felt sick.

Great value, clean, safe, and good food, but the wifi was spotty and I didn't try to fix it.

The hotel’s location is convenient, the service is friendly, and the beds are comfortable; we really liked the place. Nothing to add.

At a price of 18 euros to sleep, you wouldn’t expect to be able to use a credit card or have a shower with a little bath in the bathroom—something almost unheard of in the 17 hotels I visited across the country. The spot isn’t the best in the city, but there is a night guard and the room is spacious. However, there are no window screens, especially the bathroom window can’t be closed, and mosquitoes were in the room. The cleaning was basic; the headboard and white nightstands were stained with gray dirt, which I mentioned to the front desk staff but received no response. The shower lacks a curtain. The low price somewhat offsets these shortcomings. I wouldn’t stay here again and I don’t understand the glowing reviews.
