Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff was helpful and extended our room till evening, which was a huge relief. The property's greenery and location were also major positives. However, the cleanliness was a major issue - we found spider webs everywhere, and the bathroom was particularly grimy. To top it off, the room was overpriced and had a poor view. We had to ask for services in advance, and even then, they were often late due to a lack of staff.

The management was extremely poor, and we had a complete lack of privacy. Our room door was opened without our permission, and some unknown people even entered our room and touched our personal belongings. To make matters worse, my earbuds went missing, and I have no idea who took them.
