The spot is great—just a stone’s throw from the beach, but the service was a nightmare. From the moment I checked in, the staff left out that there’s no free linen or towel change, and my room wasn’t even cleaned twice during my stay. After a long day at the beach I’d come back to a messy room and had to go to the front desk to complain. I ended up cutting the trip short after three days, paying for seven, and had to find another place for the rest of the week—total disappointment.

The hotel’s location is solid—close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, and a market, and the price is reasonable for the facilities. Still, the pool area left a lot to be desired. The staff there seemed unprepared, and the pool toys were shut during lunch hours, so kids just sat around for a long time.

Breakfast was a hit—everything from pastries to hot dishes was on the table, and it was always fresh. I could start my day right without having to hunt for a coffee shop.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s still a solid choice. The staff are polite and helpful, the kids love the place, and the owner is always ready to help when needed. I’ll definitely come back.

“Foi bem agradável, principalmente pela área de lazer da piscina”

The pool area is a big plus—different sizes for everyone and plenty of activities for the kids. The downside? The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, and they don’t offer free linen changes, which was a bit of a let‑down.
