We enjoyed a fantastic stay here; the staff were super friendly and quick to respond, making check‑in and check‑out a breeze while offering useful local tips. The spot was quiet and safe, yet close enough to all the sights we wanted, and we felt right at home from the start, so I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.
“Disappointing”
The hotel sits very close to the Fort, tucked away for quietness, and the manager kept in touch well. The room, however, was filthy, lacked hot water, and had a strong drain odor. Men—apparently staff friends—frequented the place, making it feel intimidating and noisy; we had to ask someone at reception to lower the TV volume in the room where they were hanging out, but they didn’t.
Nice, but the room was lacking.
The stay was solid and the room was offered at dormitory rates, but on the second day we didn’t have water until the evening.
