The hotel is close to ski areas and the sauna worked. After 4 pm there was no on‑site staff. The doors weren’t locked at night, so anyone could get in. Breakfast was marginal, with all packaged foods, old fruit, and bagels that were left out for several days.

We loved the Grey Bonnet Inn! The room was great, with comfy beds and a small balcony overlooking the backyard/trees. Breakfast was amazing, and we appreciated Stephanie the stewardess who made us delicious cocktails after a day of skiing. The hotel even provided water bottles for drinking water, which was much appreciated. The only issue with our room was that the bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the water was a little stained.

The breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made for great conversation; the hotel feels like a throwback with plenty to do, even a game room, and everything was very clean, but we only discovered that the pool was closed when we got there, which was disappointing.
