The room is spacious and reasonably clean, and the staff are courteous and helpful. I had a problem with the first room I was given, but they swapped it quickly. However, the bed is awful—very squishy and caused severe back pain. The AC is weak, barely covering the bed area, and the rest of the room feels hot, making the large space unusable. The kettle and some bathroom spots are dirty.

“Good Value/Money, and great location if you're there for the HealthCare District”

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the extremely kind and accommodating staff, spacious rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also perfect for my visit to the clinic, and the value for money was unbeatable. However, I did find the food options to be somewhat limited, although I could always order takeaway food to be delivered to my room. Additionally, I had to explicitly ask for the room to be cleaned, which was a bit inconvenient.
