“Good location. Checking in/ out process poor”
Good location by the jetty for Con Dao. View of a wall. Staff. Person checking us in was rude ie said nothing. Didn’t direct us to the room. Lady checking us out was pleasant but did not ask for payment so I thought had been charged to my card. We sat around waiting for our ride for 20 minutes then over an hour later get a message asking us to return immediately to pay …. But we are already 1 hour out of town. A lot of difficult text communication and finally managed to organise a bank transfer (but was told I needed to send screenshots etc etc). A very stressful end to a stay I didn’t need. Staff checking people in and out need to know what they are doing to improve this hotel
