The staff were very good, sent all the necessary info, plus details on nearby shops, cool restaurants, how to get around, and even the parking meter location 👌😀 The owner was super helpful and client‑focused. Good luck 👍

The location is convenient for the city centre and for trips to Porto Venere with a handy bus service. It can be a bit noisy when the windows are open because it sits on a busy artery.

Great location, a spacious and clean apartment, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly with quick communication. If I return to La Spezia, this is where I’ll book first.

The staff were super friendly and the apartment was very clean! Thanks for the good holiday advice :) It would be better if it were closer to the main railway station.
