The place is in a great spot, though it was a bit hard to find at first because there were no signs with its name, but that wasn’t a big deal. We loved how close it is to the lake—just three minutes away—and to a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for two travelers. Customer service could use some improvement.

The location is good, the entrance is independent, and it comes with all the necessary items to make coffee ☕ at any time of day or night. Nothing negative, everything was fine V.

In the heart of Como, with a nearby parking lot, the owner is friendly and pleasant. The room was clean but small; an Italian‑style shower would be a nice addition.
