The location is amazing, within a 15‑minute walk of all the popular attractions. The staff and owner were very kind and provided all the information we needed, even giving us a map of Fes for better orientation. Breakfast is included and fantastic—you can fill your stomach well. The room is large, has AC for fresh air, and is very clean. In the evenings you can go to the rooftop terrace to relax and watch a magical sunset.

Khadija and her team offer exceptional welcome. The Moroccan breakfast is delicious. Nothing else to add.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the location is good. We were greeted by a cockroach in our room. The ceiling was also very moldy, producing an unpleasant smell. The room was very small and did not match the pictures.

Khadija was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home and handling every request we had, even arranging a very early breakfast for us—thanks! The riad itself is gorgeous, spotless, and situated in a prime spot. I’d recommend it to anyone and hope to return soon :)
