We were really let down by the stay; the air‑conditioning was misaligned, barely cooling the room, and the bed linens looked yellowish and dirty, making us uncomfortable. The cost was steep too—RM500 for two nights for four people. The booking process was a nightmare: we weren’t told whether we were paying for one or two nights, and only after being locked out the next day did we realize we’d only booked one night at RM250 from 6 PM to 12 PM, forcing us to pay an extra RM250 to extend. The poor room condition, faulty AC, lack of cleanliness, high price, and especially the unclear communication made the whole experience unpleasant. The hotel needs to be much clearer about booking length, check‑in/check‑out times and payment before asking guests to pay.
