The staff here are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The bathroom was spotless and just the icing on the cake.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of regional produce that was all tasty and cozy. The hotel’s setting among historic buildings is lovely, and there are two restaurants and a great bar on site, plus an Italian restaurant about 200 m away. During a round of golf, the Derby offers a good spot for a break or dinner. The scenery is simply beautiful, and the view from hole 9 is pure relaxation. We’ll definitely return. The heated outdoor pool is the perfect way to finish a day. The only downside is that the single coffee machine at breakfast doesn’t quite match the rest of the offerings.

The hotel is huge, spread over several buildings, almost like a small village, with a beautiful pool and a nice spa; the staff were adorable. One of the rooms we booked had bed bugs, but after we reported it the issue was taken very seriously and we were moved to a new room right away.
