“À revenir pour apprécier le cadre romantique des lieux”
The reception and restaurant staff were very kind. Pigeons that seemed to belong to the garage left droppings all over the floor, which was unpleasant to see, but we found a safe spot to park the motorcycle so they couldn’t damage it.

We had a very nice room and felt very comfortable; we especially liked the care from the polite, attentive, and courteous lady at the reception who worked from the afternoon into the evening—she clearly enjoys her job and focuses on service. Thank you very much for that.

The staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was really nice, and it was great to visit Niederselters. A few spider webs were present, but that’s acceptable for a castle.

The hotel’s location is very central, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the outdoor dining area is quiet and pleasant; everything was standard‑issue but good. The room was standard and unfortunately, probably due to the season, there were some spiders and cobwebs in the window niche. The breakfast on Friday was very unsightly; the trays were not cleared or were not cleared promptly, which was noticeable given the limited space in the breakfast area. For the double room there was only one key despite requests.
