I loved the location, right next to the beach and everything. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I could store my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out and change in a bathroom, which was a big plus. I stayed in a large, comfortable room. The breakfast area was on the balcony, but since it’s at the end of a cul‑de‑sac there was no traffic. Very safe. The staff were not friendly; the receptionist was quite unkind. When I arrived I found hair in the bedding and they changed it, but they refused to do it near me. On the second day the room had a strong smell. I chose the property because it offered a reschedule option. An unexpected issue forced me to reschedule at the last minute because my friend couldn’t come. Even though the option appeared, there were no available slots. I looked for a weekday slot six months in advance, found a date, but they added 1000 reais to the rate. So if you book, know that rescheduling isn’t guaranteed. The cancellation policy offered no full refund. I ended up going alone to keep the loss down. One night there was a lot of noise at the reception or on the stairs in the middle of the night.
