“I'd absolutely stay here again.”
The staff were super helpful and kept in touch from booking to check‑out, even giving us a handy local guide. The location was perfect – I couldn’t believe we were in the centre of London. Nobody else was noisy, and the shared bathrooms never felt rushed. I loved chilling in the little garden in the evenings. The only hiccup was having to remember the bunk bed behind the door in the red room, which kept opening and banging.

Excellent location for exploring London or catching the tube. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with advice or to answer any request. The room was clean and tidy. The shared bathrooms weren’t always sufficient, since all of them were shared.
Good pre‑booking communication and a spacious room. The shower area was small.
