“ホテル周辺の詳細地図の作成要請”
The room facilities and the hotel layout were good, and I achieved my purpose for staying. But I couldn’t find the hotel’s location; even after thorough research the day before, I still couldn’t figure out the direction to Tottori Station front, so having a road map of the surrounding area would have made things easier.
The staff were very kind and welcoming. Guests can use a free coffee machine that’s available 24 hours a day. The location is just 2‑3 minutes from the station and in the lively part of the city.
The staff were responsive. Room 507’s air conditioner had an unpleasant odor.

I was glad that the P was right next door and the arcade let me stay dry in the rain. The attention to detail in the women's amenities made me happy. I’d never seen a hair milk or a facial cleansing device at other hotels. The welcome drink was wonderful, and the free massage chair in the bath was a nice bonus. The temperature in the large bath was lukewarm; maybe it’s set lower for the sauna, but it felt a bit cold for me, especially since I chose this hotel for its bath. A guest across the corridor kept coughing, and the sound was audible through the door gaps, making it hard to sleep; the noise seemed to echo.

The employees’ service attitude was a good example to follow, and I appreciated the caring of the senior female staff. On Monday they said there would be no morning bath, so they directed me to the first‑floor toilet; when I tried it, the water flow was weak and it left me feeling sick from the start. I wish at least the washroom in the bath area was usable.
