The history of the place is impressive, and everything else was fine.

Paying $100 for a B&B in Tassie is rare these days, but the steep stairs are a problem for a disabled person like me.

Breakfast was good, the bed was excellent, and the room was nice and warm. Plenty of space, a table and chairs for reading, etc. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The host was kind and the room was tidy – fine for budget accommodation. The property is old and there are stairs; walking up the back stairs to reach the room after hours on a rainy night was a bit daunting.
