The facilities are decent, but what was advertised didn’t match reality: we bought a rate that included breakfast, yet none was offered upon arrival; we also booked a family room that was supposed to have a double and a single bed, but that wasn’t the case either. When we asked for an extra mattress, they tried to charge us, so we had to book another room and pay for it so everyone in my family could rest—absolutely fraudulent.

The location is pretty close to the city center, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the suite type near the pantry lets you heat food for suhoor.
