The hotel was very pretty, the rooms were spotless and I loved the décor, and everyone on the staff was extremely friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The place sits in a prime spot, especially if you’re into DC nightlife, and the room service is fast—when you call, they bring it straight to you. There’s a restaurant, a rooftop, and a speakeasy, and housekeeping will come whenever you ask. The rooms are roomy and they make sure the bathroom has everything you need. Checkout is at 12pm. The only downside was that the soap holder in my room was broken, so I’d suggest fixing all appliances before guests arrive.

The hotel is right next to the metro station, but there’s no lobby space to sit or wait for anyone, and the mattress was too soft, feeling like I was sinking into it.
