I had a great time at this hotel, with the staff being friendly and the facilities being well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making my stay a pleasant one.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete letdown, as I experienced nothing but disappointment and frustration during my visit. The lack of amenities and services was particularly noticeable, making my stay feel unfulfilling and unenjoyable.
I was initially disappointed when the hotel failed to provide me with a room, despite my booking being confirmed and showing a full occupancy. However, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and efficiency in resolving the issue, ensuring I had a comfortable stay in the end.
